HOUSE RULES

  • Treat the space, furniture, props and equipment with respect

  • Do not drag furniture across the floor. Please pick up and place and for heavy items please use correct handling and seek the assistance of two or more people

  • All furniture, props and equipment must be returned to where it originally was

  • If using fake tan, food props, glitter, confetti, glow sticks or oils please be extra diligent with protecting our surfaces and clean up after the shoot

  • If studio is left untidy or dirty you will be billed a $200 fee

  • We are all about creating a vibe, but please be respectful of neighbouring businesses in regard to noise and behaviour

  • One car park per booking is provided. All other vehicles will have to park on the street once they have unloaded

Damages

  • If property is damaged during the hire period please let us know so that we can have it professionally cleaned or replaced for the next hire.

  • You will be charged for repair or replacement of furniture, props and equipment that is found to be broken, damaged, stained or ripped during the time of your booking

Scheduling

  • All studio hire is paid in full when booked

  • If you require set up or clean up time please contact us

Cancellation and Rescheduling policy

  • Rescheduling can be done without charge 48 hours prior to original booking

  • Studio credit from rescheduling will be available for your rebooking within 30 days from your original booking date

  • Bookings may be rescheduled a maximum of one time

  • Rescheduling or cancellations less than 24 hours from your booking will not receive a refund or reschedule option
